apart from their adorable couple-cuteness, Olivia did not dress for the theme. she wore an ivory gown from the Calvin Klein Collection. i suppose the bandeau portion of it could be stretched to be considered "Punk", but, the rest of it is boring on a good day, let alone for the theme of the evening. she's gorgeous though, no matter what.
